First off, EMP support has been good trying to give suggestions on this issue, but I'm still not making much headway, so maybe fellow users have something I can try.

I'm trying to setup EMP 2.09 with clickbank.

I've followed all the setup instructions, but after doing a test purchase, the buyer is unable to log in, as the member's account is not active.

If anyone's had this problem, and figured out how to correct it please let me know. I like what I've seen of EMP so far, but this is driving me crazy.

Hi Ray - I actually just setup my product in Clickbank and am having a similar problem. I am trying a test purchase, however once the purchase goes through, I am redirected to a blank screen. The clickbank thank you page never actually gets displayed. I then can't login.

I see that the member gets added in my "admin" area, but the confirmation email never gets sent. This means that the member can't click the verification link and I would manually have to activate their account. Obviously this isn't how it should work.

Hopefully someone can help and I'll let you know if I figure something out. Is support not giving any helpful answers?

tiptop: When the user gets added in the admin area, are they flagged as an "active" member (green flag) or "not active" member (red flag).

Because my members are added but all "not active".

They're inactive, so I have to manually click the red flag to activate them. However, and automatic email should be sent to them.

When I had a free member level set up, they would get an email upon signup. Not sure what's wrong

Has anyone found a solution to this yet? I'm still stuck - no confirmation email is sent after a purchase and members don't have a way to activate their membership.

Any help would be appreciated

Same thing is happening to me. After signing up with a test credit card # from Clickbank, I get forwarded to a blank Thank You page. Members are inactive and welcome emails aren't sent. I'm using a Clickbank one-time payment product.

When will this get fixed?

I'm having the same problem.

Temporarily I'm going to try to get around it by putting a product download link on the CB thankyou page, but this is obviously far from ideal for many reasons.

This is clearly an issue that needs to be sorted quickly.

Hey guys - still no luck. Just wondering if you have any existing websites setup using EMP and clickbank?

I'm curious if this works once the product is out of "test" mode or if all people using clickbank are now having this problem
