What are the hosting requirements needed to run EasyMemberPro?
Most Linux hosting accounts can support EasyMemberPro. The requirements are:
- PHP 4.x
- mySQL
- Zend Optimizer (most hosts support this)
- Ability to run "cron jobs" (most hosts support this)
We can recommend low cost hosting providers who support the script fully.
Will I receive the source code to EasyMemberPro so that I can edit it myself?
98% of the source code is provided. There are a small number of files that are encrypted in order to protect our intellectual property rights and so that we can deactivate the script incase of a refund.

Are there automated signups and expirations?
Yes. However, members that join using 2Checkout and later cancel, will have to be deactivated from your membership site manually by logging in to your admin control panel. Paypal can support both automatic signups AND cancellations but 2Checkout only supports automatic signups.
If a member cancels their membership, can they still access the site until their membership period expires?
Yes. For example, if a member joined on January 1st on a monthly plan and cancelled on 5th January, they can still access the site until 31st January.
Furthermore, the member will be emailed 7 days before their account is closed, giving them a chance to renew their subscription.
Does the program automatically e-mail the username/password to the member after signup is completed?
Yes, however there may be the odd occasion that the email is filtered by the subscriber's spam filter. Unfortunately this is something out of our control. All you will need to do though is login to your admin panel and retrieve the information for them manually and resend it to them..
Are members able to change their profile information, such as phone number, address, email and password?
Yes they can. When they log in there is an option for them to change all these details. However if they change their email, they should be aware that this is now their new username!
Does the program have a forgotten password feature which can be requested by members who forgot their password?
Yes.
Can I offer FREE memberships?
Yes! We've just added this feature in version 1.3
Does your script offer multiple levels (eg. Bronze / Silver / Gold)?
To set this up, you will need to setup 3 different membership sites.
For example:

You will also need to purchase our unlimited site license
Do you support payment processors other than Paypal/2Checkout?
No. However, we do plan to offer other payment processors in the future.
2Checkout and Paypal support most Debit/Credit Cards and do not require a merchant account. They have been used by our customers to run sites that generate thousands of dollars worth of sales each month.
